Jack has been active in property development for more than 40 years and specializes in leasing and sales of office buildings for property owners. Jack graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1971 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In addition to his corporate leadership, Jack is or has been involved with several boards including Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch, a home for troubled boys, located in Riverhead, N.Y.; the Upper Cumberland Broadcast Council; Wilson Bank & Trust Community Board; the Cookeville-Putnam County Sports Council; the National Association of Church Design Builders and the International Board for World Bible Translation Center. Past memberships also include Rotary Club of Cookeville, Optimist Club of Cookeville and Cookeville Evening Lions Club. 

Tanner leads the planning and execution of Sparrow Ventures projects from concept to completion. He oversees all aspects of development, from site evaluation, feasibility studies, and planning to managing zoning, permitting, subdivisions, acquisitions, and income-producing assets such as multi-family housing, industrial flex space, and storage. His role also includes analyzing market trends, managing budgets and capital allocation, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and collaborating across our family of companies. Born and raised in Westmoreland, Tanner attended Tennessee State University and spent seven years working in banking before earning his general contracting license. He also maintains an active real estate sales practice.  

Tom oversees daily property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Tom brings more than four years of commercial property management experience across Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. His proven expertise and leadership helps ensure our properties continue to thrive while supporting the growth of our tenants and partners.

Brittany is responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining Sparrow Ventures’ brand to generate new tenant relationships. She helps in originating, coordinating and implementing all aspects of the development of available properties and facilities while managing all marketing campaigns and strategies to reach new customers. Brittany graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a concentration in marketing and psychology and has more than 15 years’ communication experience in property development.
