What We Do

We have been active in managing one of the largest building inventories in the Upper Cumberland (more than one million square feet of commercial, industrial and medical space), but also own prime property in several locations ready for a variety of commercial and industrial developments.

Our experience and diverse capabilities allow us to handle projects seamlessly and efficiently. We have team members experienced in working with public entities in a public-private partnership on a design-build level.

We have developed quality relationships with other developers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout Tennessee and the Southeast who are focused on results and customer-oriented service. 

Because we have architects, engineers, leasing agents and builders in-house, our Design-Build process saves your company time and money by eliminating the need to deal with outside contractors or architects.  From site acquisition, to design and construction, to leasing, we are capable of handling any of your property development and leasing needs. 

We have designed and built projects ranging in size from 500-square-foot offices to 500,000-square-foot warehouses. We can design, build and then manage your property regardless of the development size.
